A --> Correct because it weakens the argument which says that we should remove strict gun control laws. The fact mentioned in A says that after implementation of these laws, the rate of crime is going down.

B --> Prosecution of individuals has no relevance here.
C --> In state without these laws, how does it matter whether individuals have training etc or not in use of firearms.
D --> We are discussing about violent crimes so non violent crimes dont matter here.
E --> It doesnt matter hw many ppl own gun. The matter is about how much crime is happening.
