1)insufficient [ n = 5 , and n =15 satisfies both but 5/15 is not an integer]
2) Sufficient [ n has to be a multiple of 15 in this case and hence n/15 will be an integer]

IMO B

s1) n/5 is an int ----->n can be 5,10,15
but n/15 is int depends on n and is not suff

s2) n can be only multiples of 15
hence n/15 is an int
suff

St.1) 3n/15 is an integer. as 15 = 3x5 so n/15 may or may not be an integer ============not suff.
St.2) 8n/15 is an integer. here 8 and 15 has no common factor so n/15 is surely an integer =======suff..
