I have a question. In this kind of problem, do we need an option with which
+ Yes will strengthens/weakens
and + No will weakens/strengthens
or just simply as option (E) in this problem, Yes and No also strengthen the argument?

Hum, this symptom shows that you have a lot of accumulated energy. If you acquire more energy, it will spread out in different directions (in your body), making you want to do more than one thing a time, say, working while jumping around your table. A lovely image of OUR RON!

Not sure what you're asking here.

It sounds like you're saying that ...
... if the thing in choice (e) is true, then it strengthens the argument,
AND
... if the thing in choice (e) is false, then it also strengthens the argument.

Is that what you're trying to say?

A) Wrong: what we're concerned is how much they watch TV, not how often they report that activity
B) "people who report that they rarely or never use computers" is irrelevant here
C) Irrelevant
D) Correct: if Yes -> stat is correct; if No: stat is wrong as survey's result is unreliable
E) Irrelevant

Choose D

Answer is E.

D talks specific to computer owners not computer users. so eliminate it.

A talks watching TV regularly. One may watch for 7 hours on a day & doesn't watch it on other day. Eliminate it.
