OA IS A
For A and B, we can use the nice rule that says (a/b)^-n = (b/a)^n
1) (1/5)^-2 = (5/1)^2 = 25
2) (1/3)^-2 = (3/1)^2 = 9
3) 3^-2 = 1/(3^2) = 1/9
4) 5^-2 = 1/(5^2) = 1/25
5) 2^3 = 8

Answer = A
