Pls, help with this question.
Normally, we can prephrasing the answer before going to answer choices. Doing so helps a lot.
In the following, I do not know how to do prephraing. What dose the prephrasing/prediction look for the followingn question.

MItch Hunt, and Kerr experts used to post their prediction in this forum. Pls, tell me how to do with this question. This question is from GMATPREP.

Archaeologists in Michigan have excavated a Native American camp near Dumaw Creek. Radiocarbon dating of animal bones found at the site indicates that the camp dates from some time between 1605 and 1755. However, the camp probably dates to no later than 1630, since no European trade goods were found at the site, and European traders were active in the region from the 1620's onward.

Which of the following, if true, most strengthens the argument?

(A) Due to trade among Native Americans, some European trade goods would have reached the area before the European traders themselves did.

(B) At all camps in the region that have been reliably dated to the late 1620's, remains of European trade goods have been found.

(C) The first European trade goods to reach the area would have been considered especially valuable and preserved as much as possible from loss or destruction.

(D) The first European traders in the area followed soon after the first European explorers.

(E) The site is that of a temporary camp that would have been used seasonally for a few years and then abandoned.

Argument: Arch did excavation and attached a date to site based on some experiments.
Conclusion: Attaches a different date by giving a reason.

our job is to strengthen so we need to prove that date mentioned in conclusion weighs more OR is correct.

Only B does this, try it once more. Let me know if you still have doubts.
Premise: If you like my post
Conclusion : Press the Thanks Button ;)

I want to ask you a problem.
Most of correct answer choices in strengthening questions is based on an assumption. The correct answer choice confirm or cast doubt on the assumption.

Some of correct answer choices in the strengthening questions is not based on assumption choices. The correct answer choices in this case provide evidence directly supporting the conclusion. This case is showned by the above problem.

Is this correct, experts, pls, comment.

If the above idea is correct, the prephrasing in the second case dose not help a lot. we will not see the match between the prephrased thing and the correct answer choice. In this case, you should look for the evidence directly supporting the conclusion.

that is why I care about this thing.

expert, members. pls, comment.
