Hi, I took the GMAT on the 6th and I've been waiting on my Official GMAT scores. I was wondering how long after the official scores are released will the school get them? I need to have them there before the 26th so that I can be admitted into my university. Also, from your experiences how long did it take for GMAC to release the scores?

Thanks

Hi newyorkcitybob,

The time lag for the Official Score Report to be generated will vary a bit, based on the time of year. It should be available in the next 1-2 weeks. However, even if it were "late", you can still apply to any Business School that you like. It takes weeks (and sometimes months) for Admissions Officers to decide who to let into their school, so as long as your APPLICATION is in on time, then the Official score can be a few days "late".
