'Since the modifier begins with Having, the verb needs to be had been'

"Having broker the lamp, she had been worrying all night"
means after the lamp was boker by her, she remain worried about it all night.
i would prefer using "has been" shoing that the action just finished. but "had been" shows that action happened and finished in the past.
