A different variety of giant tortoise can be found on every island in the Galapagos, each with its own style of oversized dome and comically scrawny neck.

(A) each with its own style of oversized dome and comically scrawny neck
(B) each with their own styles of oversized domes and comically scrawny necks
(C) each having their own style of oversized dome and comically scrawny neck
(D) all having their own styles of oversized domes and comically scrawny necks
(E) all with their own style of oversized dome and comically scrawny neck

OA is A

Question : Doesn't E communicates the same meaning as in A ?

The subject is "variety" and therefore you need "its" rather than "their".

First off, each is always paired with singular verbs unless the word preceding each is plural. Also, each is the right word to use in the sentence because the sentence is saying how each one is unique (not all).

Wow...a 4/1 split with the correct answer. You won't see question this simple in the actual GMAT.
Yep.

@uwhusky : agreed, it is very easy :) . But it is old GMAT question .However, it helped to learn a few differences for usage of each and all in some cases .
