Yeah you can book A for the win here 'of verification of' = awkward, and if you OPT for something, naturally you are already in favor of it!

I thought "verifiable arms control deals" is clumsy but then i realized "verification of arms control deals" shifts the focus from "arms control deals" to "verification"
