Hi all!
I choose original answer. It is D.
It is parallel: "San Antonio, Texas, has...than any city does"
Answer C is also parallel, but has completely different meaning.
Answers A, B and E are not parallel.

Hope it helps!
If you don't agree with my reasoning, please post here. Thanks!
Best,
Maciek

None of the options are right.

Correct answer would be -
Local residents claim that SA, Texas, has more good Mexican American restaurants than any other city in the US.

A - This is the closest to the right answer but misses other.
B - any is missing. use of plural is incorrect.
C - use of plural is incorrect. do cannot be parallel to has.
D - other is missing. does cannot be parallel to has
E - does cannot be parallel to has

@goyalsau,
What is the source of these questions? I have seen two questions in a row now in which none of the choices make sense.

Its more like pick the best amongst the worst options.. I agree with above poster.
I'd for A too if I really had to pick one.

goyalsau wrote:HI!
E is my choice....
i am between C and E but dislike the order of C
cant be D because i have just read an expert's opinion in comparision which is the same as this one. he said when compare things between 2 cities, you must use " other"
like this ST, cant be only " any cities" because according to the expert, any cities include also newyork
if the answer is D dunno why and dun understand....

my pick is "E". here
cuz we need any other city.
nicksworth= you are right it should be (any other city ) for the correct one.
BUT ONLY OPTION E TOUCHES THIS AND IS THE BEST ANSWER AMONG ALL.

I am really sorry, For all the problems that you guys are facing.

Previously I have joined a Coaching Institute In Delhi Which has Centers in 7 Different Locations in DELHI ,for my preparation OF GMAT. At that point they have given me the access to their Portal and there are in all 16 FLT test. So Yesterday I thought to give a MOCK Test and this is what I saw. I am not so good in SC so not aware with the difficulty Level and Question types. So i thought its good to discuss in Forum But I was never Known that there quality is so Bad. I am really Sorry Once again for the problem that you guys are facing. and for Sure in future Will not be posting any question from there Portal
