First you select a base, that can be done in 2 ways

Then you select 4 toppings out of 5, which can be done in 5C4 = 5 ways

Then you select regular, or extra cheese, which can be done in 2 ways

Total options = 2x2x5 = 20

Number of choices of crust = 2 (deep dish or thin).
Number of ways to choose 4 toppings from 5 choices = 5C4 = 5.
Number of choices of cheesy goodness = 2 (extra cheese or regular).

Multiplying, we get 2*5*2 = 20 possible pizzas.
