#1. Which integer values of b would give the number 2002/10^-b a value between 1 and 100?

#2. Which integer values of j would give the number -37,129x10^j a value between -100 and -1?

For 2002/10^x to lie between 1 and 100, the result should be either 2.002 or 20.02. So x = 3 or 2.
x = -b
So b = -3 or b = -2

For -37,129x10^j to lie between -100 and -1, the result should be either -37.129 or -3.7129.
So j = -3 or j = -4
