question nowhere mentions distinct integers so,
both integers could be 251, hence LCM is 251

please post OA

Question states two integers are greater than 250. Start by picking 251 for the first and since the two integers need not be distinct, we can pick 251 for the second. LCM for these two integers is 251. hence A.
