Goal: Want to get into new media VC, and possibly start my own business.
My UG GPA/GMAT are not very good.
I want to try for the top schools (Col/Chi/Wharton/Stanford) Any chance, or am I dead in the water?

An MBA will likely not help you very much get into new media VC. VC companies don't hire newly minted MBAs. you'd be better off finding some hotshot in the industry and offering to work for peanuts for a couple of years to get your foot in the door. You can always go back later for MBA, but you'd be very disappointed trying to get a job out of school in VC world.
