A certain farmer pays 30 usd per acre per month to rent farmland. how much does the farmer pay per month to rent a rectangular plot of farmland that is 360 by 605 feet ? ( 3 560 square feet = 1 acre)
A. 5 330 USD
B. 3 360 USD
C. 1 350 USD
D. 360 USD
E. 150 USD

Area = 360 x605 feet^2 =217800 feet^2 =217800/3560 acre
so rent = 217800/3560 x 30= 1835.59 usd

so none of these

Rent to be paid depends on the area in acres

Area in acres = 360*605 /3650 = 360*121/730 = 36*121/73 approx = 120/2 (72=36*2) = 60
Rent to be paid per month = 30*60 approx around 1800 dollars which is not in options
Always borrow money from a pessimist, he doesn't expect to be paid back.
