Jon Frank here, CEO of Admissionado. Wanted to respond to this personally because, well, it pains me to see something like this. My number 1 goal, and the number 1 goal of EVERYONE on our team, is to provide the best possible service to our clients/friends and to make sure they are 100% happy, at a bare minimum. We receive overwhelmingly positive feedback, but on occasion, where there are bumps (mis-aligned expectations, confusion about this or that), we triple our efforts immediately to right the ship, and we always do. That's what makes our "marriages" so successful, historically. I wish you'd let us know while we were working together, brother. And I wish I had received an email from you when you were not! If you can imagine, I read every email that hits my inbox (and I'm cc'd on eeeevery email around here), so I don't know how I missed one from you, man.

I am so sorry your experience wasn't what you expected... and from the sounds of it, what we expect from our team. We strive for excellence around here (even when we receive positive feedback, we look for ways to improve), and to provide applicants with the best possible service from start to finish. No matter what the particulars are, if we ever fail at that, then I take the blame personally.
