Please don't use such short forms. Take the burden to post in proper words at least!

Statement 1: b = a + 3 = c - 5 --> c = a + 8 = b + 5
Hence, a is smallest and c is largest and b lies between them.

Sufficient

Statement 2: c = b + 5 = a + 8
Same as above.

Sufficient

The correct answer is D.
