Statement 1: for 12 even integers there can be 11, 12 or 13 odd integers. .........not sufficient
statement 2: for 24 integers , there can be 12 even 12 odd, 13 even 11 odd, 11 even and 13 odd ....not sufficient

combined: 12 even integer and 24 integers means only 12 odd integers

2. Sufficient half of the 24 should be odd and half should be even - Sufficient
