Average Rates help

Sorry everyone, but no problems on this one... except that I cannot find a decent source of Average Rate problems. I have the three Kaplan books (Premier, Math Workbook and 800), but only premier touches on Average Rate and it only does so briefly.

I am looking for some complicated Average rate problems to practice with and also any advice on alternate methods when the data chart is not practical. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The MGMAT Book 4 (Word Translations Book) touches on Rate problems. There's a chapter early in the book on rates and another advanced chapter later on in the book. I haven't reviewed in a while, but I remember it to be very good.
