stmt # 1: says line intercepts y-axis at (0,2), It means y-intercept is 2.
stmt # 2: says y-intercept is 2 which is nothing but stmt# 1.

Hence, both stmt together not sufficence. Hence IMO ans is E

BTW, why are you posting DS questions in Problem Solving section?
