Clarification on modifiers

The bowerbirds of Australia derive their name from the elaborate bowers of sticks and twigs, decorated with flowers and other vegetation that the males use to attract females

What does the modifier highlighted in bold modify.
Is there any grammatical error in this sentence?

I think thats a dangling modifier.

It seems to be modifying little houses made of sticks and twigs, however, the "sticks and twigs" is not the noun here.
