We are asked to find if 10% of 65+ aged people are employed ?

1. We know that 11.3% is 65+ but no information about how many of them are employed among them. INSUFF
2. We have a minimum and max of the 65+ aged people who are employed. Given 10 % of women and 20% of men who are 65 + are employed. It is always greater than 10% of 65+ aged people, who are employed. This answers our question directly. SUFF.

IMO B.

0.2M + 0.1F
0.1m + 0.1 ( M+F)
0.1M + 0.1 ( T) (where T = Total people in Country X who are 65 years old or older)
Clearly employed ppl are > 0.1T (= 0.1T + 0.1M)
