How many even number of 4 digits can be formed with the figures 3,4,7,8 if repetitions are allowed?

The digit in the thousands place can be selected in 4 ways.
Digit in hundreds place in 4 ways.
Digit in tens, 4 ways and the unit's in 2 ways.

So the total # of even digits is 4*4*4*2 = 128
