- 1st term of the sequence = 1 = 2^0
2nd term of the sequence = 2 = 2^1
3rd term of the sequence = 2 = 2^1
4th term of the sequence = 4 = 2^2
5th term of the sequence = 4 = 2^2
6th term of the sequence = 4 = 2^2
etc...
Therefore, 1035th term of the sequence = greatest integral power of 2 less than 1035 = 1024 = 2^10
