IMO: B

the ratio of sides is 3:4:5

so it coild be B:P:H or P:B:H

so base = 36 ..............insuffi as it can fit in for 3 or 4

II> let the sides be 3x, 4x, 5x
clearly 5x will be hypotenuse and 3x, 4x will be base and perpendicular
so area = 3x*4x/2 = 486

you can solve for x and hence find 5x..........sufficient
