answer should be B

1) knowing that m<p doesn't give us the required info on v

2) knowing that m<0> 0 if v is neg.

From stem and Stmt 1 mv < pv < 0 and m <p> 0 has to be true Hence sufficient

Stmt 2 is a sub case one Hence sufficient

Hence D
