You haven't underlined the portion of the sentence in error. Anyway, answer choice E is correct.

associated is in the simple past tense and this is not parallel with exercise (A,B)
In C it uses the past tense of word require, required. Also, 'will gain weight more quicker' is wrong usage
In D it uses the past participle 'they have'
