The role of my head in NGO

by winnerhere » Wed Dec 21, 2011 6:58 pm
Hi Experts,

I volunteer for an NGO for past two years. What is the relationship that I share with the person who supervises me outside work in an NGO?

Advisor
Board member
Business associate
Business partner
client
colleague
current immediate supervisor
department head
employee
former colleague
former manager
friend
manager
mentor
professor

Can I put him as my current immediate supervisor? I am also putting my supervisor at office as current immediate supervisor.

Thanks,
Saai

If he is your supervisor in the scope of the NGO, then yes, direct immediate supervisor.
