Historians note that Kelly's discovery of iron purification via oxidation is 4 years as old as Bessemer's same discovery, but is nevertheless known as the "Bessemer Process."

A. as old as Bessemer's same discovery

B. as old as the same discovery that belongs to Bessemer

C. older than the same discovery of Bessemer

D. as old as the same discovery of Bessemer

E. older than Bessemer's same discovery

"As old as" distorts the meaning by saying both of the discoveries are 4 years old.
"Older than" is required here.
Between C and E, E is correct as other option is showing wrong meaning and wrong parallelism.
If the problem is Easy Respect it, if the problem is tough Attack it
