Please don't show the correct ans in the q itself.
Let us allow us to have some exercise :)

Choice 'D' & 'E' wordy.
'C' has a verb tense prob.
'B' lacks releasing of

That leaves 'A'.

E is quite wordy and has redundancy as well associate with it
D is not right as it creates a structure like <Dependent sentence> <dependent sentence>, which is incorrect . The correct form would be <Dependent sentence>,<Independent sentence>
C & B are incorrect because of the incorrect tense use(past perfect), as since should be used with present perfect tense.
