The state of Washington recently passed a statewide law prohibiting that public facilities allow outside smoking within 25 feet of doors, windows, and vents.

A. prohibiting that public facilities allow outside smoking within 25 feet of doors, windows, and vents
B. prohibiting public facilities from allowing outside smoking within 25 feet of doors, windows, and vents
C. prohibiting public facilities to allow outside smoking within 25 feet of doors, windows, and vents
D. which mandates for outside smoking within 25 feet of doors, windows, and vents to be banned by public facilities
E. which mandates for public facilities to now allow smoking within 25 feet of doors, windows, and vents
