stmnt 1 and 2 insufficient by themselves.
combining,
call the angles in the quadrilater enclosed a, b, c, d
opposite to x=a, opposite to y=b, opposite to w=c, and the other d

x=180-a, y=180-b
=>x+y=360-(a+b)

w=95
=>c=180-95=105

z=125
=>d=180-125=55

c+d=105+55=160

a+b+c+d=360
a+b=360-160=200

so we can compute the value of x+y=360-(a+b)
hence C
