It would be great to know what is foreign to you?

Desire to learn something specific or your future goals would be a good direction to think.

Anyways if English is your first language then German or French could be a good choice.

Thanks for your prompt reply. As far as language is concerned English is my primary language.Can you tell me the apt sources & correct links to learn French or German?

Hi

Every city (considering an average one) has an institution to promote the language normally funded by the foreign country.

Like english is supported by British Council, they will give you certificates as well. As in India, Max Mueller Bhavans of German
