Hello everyone-
I'm preparing to go back to school next fall to study Marketing Research. I graduated with a BA in Bus. Admin. in 2007 from a small liberal arts college. I've worked as a Marketing Coordinator/Assistant Manager for a non-profit fair trade store for a year and then in the office of a private physical therapy clinic for the past 3 years--starting as the Patient Care Coordinator and moving up to be the Medical Billing Manager/Bookkeeper.
I've been researching schools and found the University of Wisconsin and the University of Georgia to be the most appealing. However these school also look like they are pretty competitive so I wondered if anyone had any other school suggestions I should consider. the University of Wisconsin is definitely my top pick but I'd like to be realistic and have some back-ups!
Also, if anyone has any advice or insight into preparing for a career in Marketing Research, things I can be doing now, ways to make my applications more competitive I would LOVE to hear it.
Thanks to anyone who responds in advance!
-Sarah
