Hello,

For second-tier MBA programs, the 600 GMAT might be a little low especially for someone with your industry and demographic background. For example, the average GMAT range at The University of Wisconsin (Madison) School of Business is mid-600s. That said, second-tier programs are sometimes hungry for international applicants, so with your strong work experience and extracurriculars you might have a shot. I would consider programs at this level reasonable reaches for that reason. You would need a stellar application that really portrays your strengths.

Best regards,
