How To Finance My MBA

I am a Software engineer From INDIA presently preparing for my GMAT.
I have no one to help me to finance my MBA , I want to get into top 30 B-School in US , I have Few Questions:-
1. How a person who do not have any co-signer manage to finance his MBA.
2. How to manage the living expenses.
