You should be able to put together a strong application. You can explain your modest GPA and you have a stellar GMAT. Your work experience is strong and great recommendations out of Deloitte should be helpful.

Don't downplay your work training inside the firm or tutoring immigrants. Both of those speak to concern for others and an ability to communicate.

Your key barrier will be the large number of people with consulting backgrounds from top firms who are applying to the same schools. Your task will be to make yourself stand out from all the other graduates of top schools with 3-4 years in a recognized consulting firm. That will require careful introspection and understanding of what you can bring to the program. A seasoned admissions consultant can be a great help in crafting essays that will put you in the strongest possible light.

Good luck,
