Where should I put info about awards, leadership initiative

For Haas EWMBA, there are only 3 essays - goals essays, essay about interests/people who influence u and the third is about how you exemplified one of their principles -
Question the Status Quo
Confidence Without Attitude
Beyond Yourself
Students Always

Where can I put info about some volunteer work, extra curricular activities, leadership positions, awards received at work etc? Do these things go into the resume?

Thanks for your reply. But I'm not sure what you mean. There is no 'free space' on the application form to mention additional details. There are just sections for Resume, Essays, Recommendations, Education History and Employment history. Hence the question.

Does this mean, I have to just find a way to mention such leadership initiatives, awards , extra curricular activities in the essays and resume? This is a little difficult since there are no essays that directly ask this question.
