Statement 1: \(y+x+1=y+3x \,\Rightarrow\, 1=2x \,\Rightarrow\, \frac{1}{2}=x\) Nothing about the fixed fee. Insufficient.

Statement 2: \(15x=7.50\). Again \(x=\frac{1}{2}\). Insufficient.
