Typo in this question?

What is the area of the circle above with center O?
(1) The length of line segment AC is 4*2^(1/2)or 4*square root of 2.
(2) The area of sector ABCO is 4pi.

I think there is a typo in this question. The graphic or the statement should say that the central angle (AOC) is a right angle. We cannot assume that only because the length of the segment AC is 4*2^(1/2), the triangle AOC is a 45:45:90 triangle.

Please, confirm.
