the two parts of the s/c separated by comma must be parallel

the first part of s/c starts with a subjective form of noun( Corporate finance committees )

to parallel this the second part must start with subjective pronoun or noun

bth the part has to be parallel in construction also
i.e Corporate finance committees do ot plan, but they make....is correct constrcn...

only C does that
