(B) has indicated the subsiding of inflationary
pressures
(C) indicate that inflationary pressures are
subsiding
(D) is indicative that inflationary pressures are
subsiding
(E) are indicative of inflationary pressures

Could anybody explain, where do we use indicate and indicates?

Here subject is The government's projections on business growth
and unemployment. govt projections and unemployment so the subject is plural. When we use plural subject verb will be indicate.
Indicates is used with singular subject.
