By looking at the picture you can tell that the difference between 3/7 and 2/5 is the smallest. This is equal to 1/35, so I'd go with B.

Say 0 to 1 has been divided into 35 equal parts ( LCM of 7 and 5)
the division will be marked as 1/35, 2/35,3/35 likewise....35/35

5/35 = 1/7, 7/35 = 1/5, like wise take multiples of 5 and 7 the order would be

5/35,7/35,10/35,14/35,15/35,20/35,21/35,25/35,28/35,30/35,35/35

minimum difference is 1/35 ( between 14/35 and 15/35, 20/35 and 21/35)
