Hmm, I just downloaded (from https://www.beatthegmat.com/mba/gmat-error-log) and it worked for me.

I should point out that the 60-Day Study Guide does not use this resource. It uses the The Official Guide for GMAT Review, 12th Edition - Error Tracking Tool (also from https://www.beatthegmat.com/mba/gmat-error-log)
