The formula for probability goes on like this

P(a U b) = P(a) + P(b) - P(a & b)
we have been asked about P(a U b)

Where,
P(a) = Prob of ball is white
P(b) = Prob the ball has even number

1. P(a & b) = 0

2. P(a) - P(b) = 0.2

Using both, we still can't solve

PussInBoots, Those are from GMAT prep, mba.com when you sign up for the actual GMAT test, you have an option to have them send the GMAT prep CD (Practice test from GMAT people) or download it from their site. It contains two CAT tests, and practice questions for each sections of the GMAT.
