For the EMBA, it's really all about your work experience. How many people report to you? What kind of quantifyable impact can you point to for which you have been responsible? Travel is good--provides great perspective on business problems in the global marketplace. You are a little young for EMBA, but again, if you have 11 solid years of progressively responsible experience and can provide intersting anecdotes about your leadership and impact on an organization as well as a well thought out vision for your future, you will have the best shot. Don't forget that the EMBA programs are not required to report their average GPA and GMAT scores for incoming classes--rankings are only based on fulltime programs, so the EMBA programs can be much more lenient on such metrics pertaining to admissions.

No but I have helped clients get in there. EMBA is similar to applying to full time programs insofar as they are looking for some common qualities, but very different in other ways.
