Standard Deviation

A set consists of 5 no's - 0,2,4,6,8. Which no's if added to creat a set of 7 no's will result in new SD closest to the SD of original 5 no's?

a)-1,9
b)4,4
c)3,5
d)2,6
e)0,8

I don't think this is a real GMAT question because mostly GMAT does not require the actual calculation of S.D. What's the source?
