That's a good question.

Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of that book, so I can't provide an answer. However, I can tell you that the Kaplan Premier books have changed very little in the past 3 editions, and any of them can be used with the Study Guide. So, it's quite possible that the 2009 book will work as well.

If I sign up for the 60-Day study plan today, Friday Mar 9, when will I receive Day 1 of the Guide?
