can this be solved?

I'm not sure if the qestion is lacking something

3S + 7C+4P = 10.2
4S+8C+5P=12.25

what is S+C+P equal to?
2
2.1
2.25
2.05
2.15


2 eq with 3 variables, is this missing smthg or can it be solved?

subtract the top equation from the bottom equation:

4S + 8C + 5P = 12.25
3S + 7C + 4P = 10.02
--------------------------
S + C + P = 2.05

Answer = D
