Raw scores table

Is there any table that lists the raw scores for math and verbal and converts it roughly to the 800 GMAT score? I was wondering what the different combinations could be to get a 700 in math and verbal raw score.

Word of warning: these scores and the corresponding total results fluctuate a lot! Especially now, when there are record numbers of test takers all over the world!
